EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
Any situation that arises due to exchange or return must be notified by email to contact@giselsboutique.com
Gisels Boutique will accept merchandise/s (exempt items stated below) if the following item/s meet our return guidelines.
In order to apply a product return, it must have all its labels and original packaging, it is necessary to present your purchase order and it must be unused, likewise, without visible defects, which will be considered by the Gisels Boutique company.
Shipping costs for return are borne by the consumer.
If the product is returned due to a factory or manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be for the consumer, once the product has been analyzed by our team and determining that it was a factory fault, the return shipping cost can be reimbursed and the product for another of the same value. (Check warranty policies below).
All online item/s must be returned within the 14 day return window from the date received.
No changes or returns are accepted for products not purchased on our website www.giselsboutique.com
